Our most up to date shipping timescales will always be displayed at the Top of your screen in the multi coloured box. They will vary with the time of the year but we try to keep our turn around as quick as possible.

Opening/Closing Details!

Dates to note:

I will be CLOSING for Christmas on December 14th at 5pm. Last orders will ship the morning of the 15th.

I will REOPEN on January 4th at 10am.

Digital downloads will be available all over Christmas as they’re instant downloads.

Please check out the last shipping dates below if ordering gifts or products from us this year. Please allow extra shipping time from now as the postal services will only get busier!

Shipping Providers

We currently use An Post for our shipping. Their usual turn around within Ireland is 2-4 days within Ireland but this will vary based on the time of the year.

We offer world wide shipping, timescales vary country to country depending on the time of year, so we won’t estimate the delivery time for orders outside of Ireland.

We offer tracked (registered) shipping and non tracked shipping. Tracked shipping will give you a day to day view of where your order is on it’s way to you. If it gets lost or damaged, we will replace this for you after it is investigated by the post office and confirmed as lost/damaged.

If you choose non tracked (Standard Shipping), this is also not insured, if your parcel doesn’t arrive within 30 days, we will apply for a lost package search with the post office, but this is all we can do, the parcel won’t be replaced until a refund has been granted by the post and this doesn’t usually happen with standard shipping. We don’t recommend this option but it is there as an option should you prefer it.

Returns and Cancellations

Non-Customised products:

We will accept returns of non customised products within 21 days of delivery to you, once they are returned in a re-saleable condition. If they have been opened or used or are returned with any smells, damage, or not in the exact condition that they were sent to you, no refund or credit will be issued. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund amount and you must cover the return shipping.

Customised products:

We do not accept returns for customized products as these cannot be re-sold.

Digital Downloads

We do not accept returns for digital downloads as you receive these files immediately after purchase.

Custom Artwork

We only accept cancellations on custom artwork before the artwork has been started. Once the artwork has been started, there will be no returns or refunds offered.
